About
For eight years I have built the systems behind ambitious brands: Shopify Plus storefronts, headless builds, B2B replatforms, and the CRM, OMS, and IMS platforms that keep operations honest. More than 300 brands across 12 markets have shipped on my code.
Today I am focused on what comes next: agentic commerce. As AI agents begin browsing, comparing, and buying, I help brands make their stacks machine-legible, from AI readiness audits through to MCP-connected storefronts with human approval loops.

Replatforms, rebuilds, and operations systems, each measured by the metric it was engaged to move.
Migrated a 15-year-old ERP-driven wholesale operation to Shopify Plus B2B, covering company accounts, net terms, contract pricing, and 40,000 SKUs, with zero order downtime.
Rebuilt a bloated multi-app theme into a lean Hydrogen storefront. Largest Contentful Paint fell from 4.2s to 1.1s, and conversion followed the improvement in speed.
Replaced five disconnected tools with a single custom operations platform. Customers, orders, and inventory now sit in one real-time system of record.

2018
Started as a full stack developer, building custom Shopify themes and apps for local D2C brands. I learned early that speed, clarity, and checkout trust decide who gets paid.
2020
Crossed 100 shipped storefronts and delivered my first Shopify Plus migration. I moved from themes into systems: ERP integrations, middleware, and the data pipelines that keep commerce honest.
2022
Recognised in Shopify's Select partner tier. I specialised in B2B commerce, headless builds, and performance engineering for brands turning over seven to nine figures.
2024
The portfolio crossed 300 brands across 12 international markets. I built unified CRM, OMS, and IMS platforms and led global expansion programmes from end to end.
